Example of items that can be checked. Visual inspection of all cables, plugs, limit switches, sockets, linear pots, solenoids. Clean control cabinet filter and check cooling fans. Check barrel heating element currents, contactors and actual temperatures. Check oil temperature control and blockages of cooling water system. Check hydraulic system pressure, hydraulic pump loading cycle, accumulator nitrogen levels, hydraulic valving.
